Product Returns

If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused merchandise within 30 days, via a pre-paid UPS return label we will send to you. Upon receipt of your return, a prompt refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A nominal fee of $4.95 per item will be deducted from the return credit for restocking.

NOTE: Olivet International warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 10 years from the original purchase date. If defective, this product will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Olivet International, Inc. For warranty service or for returns after 30 days, we ask that you return the damaged product with proof of purchase, shipped pre-paid, to our Customer Service Department at: Olivet International, Inc. 11015 Hopkins Street Mira Loma, CA 91752 1-877-559-8514

Additional Product Return Information

  • All returned items must be in the condition you received them, with all hang tags attached and in the original packaging.
  •  We will email you a pre-paid UPS label to return the items to us. Any UPS drop-off location will accept your return.
  • If you received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Olivet International wants your purchase to meet your expectations.
  • If you're returning more than one item, we may ask you to ship items together or in separate boxes.
  • Your refund will include the price of the bag and any taxes, but will not include any original shipping charges, if applicable.
  • Your credit will be issued after we have received and processed your returned item(s). This time may vary; if you're receiving a refund via credit card, please allow one full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.

Received Wrong Product

Upon receipt of your shipment of REVO Luggage from Olivet International, please confirm your order. If the order was incorrectly fulfilled by Olivet International, please forward your order number and item that was shipped in error, or was missing from your order, to ecommerce@olivetintl.com. We will correct the order at once.

 

Packing & Shipping Your Returns

Getting your returns ready to send to us is very easy:

  • Pack the items securely in the original shipping cartons, if possible. The item must be returned with the original hang tags attached.
  • Tape the shipping label securely to the carton. Take care to make sure you can clearly read the address to which it will ship
  • If you receive multiple return labels for items you intend to return together, or are returning multiple purchases together, please contact us at 1-877-559-8514, to prevent any problems or delays in processing your refund.
  • Present the package to any UPS driver, or drop the package at any authorized UPS shipping outlet. If your place of business has a UPS account, the package can be picked up at no additional cost with your daily UPS pickup.
